2. Donations, Fees, and Payments
- Donations: All donations made through our website, Zelle, or third-party processors (such as Square) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or in the case of a processing error.
- School Fees: Mitzvah School, Hebrew School, and Midrasha fees are subject to the terms outlined during the registration process. Deposits are typically required and are non-refundable.
- Event Tickets: Tickets for events such as the High Holy Days are subject to availability. Virtual stream links are intended for the registered household and should not be publicly shared.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips (such as Anshe Tikvah Sings), video streams, and educational materials, is the property of Congregation Anshe Tikvah or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Anshe Tikvah (e.g. Tikvah Center for Jewish Recovery and Healing, Square).
