Anshe Tikvah Membership

At Anshe Tikvah, we entreat, explore, and evolve.

We are a community built on hope, and we believe our congregation is not complete until you join us. Whether you are seeking a safe space to explore new ideas, a place to whisper your deepest prayers, or a community where friends are waiting to be made, you have a home here. Time spent with us builds bonds of compassion, connection, and kindness as we celebrate life’s joys and console each other through heartaches.

Associate Membership (Kehilah Kedosha)

We consider anyone who attends a service, event, or educational program to be a Associate Member of our "Holy Community." This level of belonging is designed to bring you closer to a space where your presence is valued and your spiritual growth is supported.

A Space for Exploration and Connection:
  • Study and Reflection: Engage in Torah study, meditation, and programs for self-exploration and growth.
  • Community and Wellness: Participate in yoga, cooking workshops, and social nights featuring mahjong, poker, or movies.
  • Open Invitation: There is always something to do at Anshe Tikvah, and we welcome you to join us as we explore our many holy paths.

Committed Membership (Chasadim)

Committed Members draw closer still by actively supporting the vision, mission, and goals of Anshe Tikvah. Through the payment of obligatory dues and monetary gifts, these members share their passions and ensure the continued strength of our congregation.

Benefits of Committed Membership:
  • Pastoral Care: You gain dedicated access to Cantor Rabbi Jury for wisdom and sensitivity during life’s most significant transitions.
  • Life Cycle Meaning: You need not celebrate or mourn alone; our leadership provides a supportive context for weddings, baby namings, Bar/Bat Mitzvah events, funeral services, and dedications.
  • High Holiday Access: Membership includes access to our High Holiday services.
  • Voice in Governance: All Committed Members have an equal voice in the governance and future direction of Anshe Tikvah.
